This newly reconstructed office building is located in the Historic Warehouse District of downtown Austin, in a prime location that provides convenient proximity to a wide array of upscale dining and retailers. The building is a polished Class A commercial high-rise with 32 floors, offering 9,700 square feet of restaurant space, and 359,000 square feet of workspace with a long list of upscale amenities.
The project was created in collaboration with Cousins Properties and designed by Pickard Chilton, a world-renowned architectural firm whose unique visions have earned a reputation for excellence across the globe. On the interior, artistic elements such as Italian stone and wood slat ceilings give the interior an ambiance of timeless luxury. First-class amenities set this building apart from the typical urban development, with an expansive fully-loaded fitness center, upper level terraces with views of downtown and Lady Bird Lake, and a conference center with breakout spaces. The exterior is clad in high-performance curtain wall that is articulated to be reminiscent of the dark painted steel framed windows in the district. The tower boasts floor-to-ceiling windows as well as flexible, healthful, and technologically advanced work environments.
The design of this building has captured the industrial essence of the district, yet transformed the building into a sleek and modern professional space that both elevates the aesthetic of the area, and maintains consistency with neighboring structures.
